Documentary Report / Commissioned by the Government of the Canary Islands In collaboration with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Senegal.

In 2024, Julio Díaz captured the essence of Tierra Firme, an initiative led by the Government of the Canary Islands and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Senegal. The project aims to create sustainable employment opportunities for individuals at risk of social exclusion within Senegal.

This documentary piece documents the personal stories behind the initiative, using a visual language that honors their journey and highlights the human impact of social cooperation.
